Summary: There are a few reasons for this bad review. 1st is that my father in law who is a cancer survivor was yelled at from across the pool room that he couldn't have a (plastic) bottle of water in the room with the pool. Then we noticed the pool was in rough shape. One of the edges were cracked and very sharp. In our room we noticed what looked like chocolate behind the chair. Looks like they sweep just the main area and don't detail the rooms very well. The last thing that bothered me was the fact that there was no Bible in night stand. Im not very religious but it has always been comforting knowing there was a Bible next to us when sleeping out of town. All these experiences combined will be the reason I will NOT return to this hotel. May avoid baymont hotels all together

Summary: I have stayed at this hotel in the past, but this time was not the best, the room was dirty, I actually stepped on an earring when I first got there, and the bathtub was missing the middle water stop. The front desk associate was very nice and efficient, the workers are always friendly and helpful, it’s just the overall cleanliness and the food at breakfast literally tasted like it came out of a can. But honestly I would still probably stay here in the future because of the location and the friendly staff.
